Have ulcers from too much worrying? Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. For He Himself is our peace, Who has made the two one [Jesus and His church] and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, by abolishing in His flesh the law with its commandments and regulations. His purpose was to create in Himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace, and in this one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which He put to death their hostility. He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near. For through Him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit. For God was pleased to have all His fullness dwell in Him, and through Him to reconcile to Himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through His blood, shed on the cross. Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. May God Himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. You [Lord] will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. With my soul I have desired You in the night, yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early; for when Your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. Lord, You are my strength and my protection. You are a safe place for me to run to in times of trouble. Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you. Taken from Eph. 1, 4, Col. 3, Eph. 2, Col. 1, Phil. 4, I
